Program review for sales team new-hire training.

This project was conducted for a national Fintech company that was ranked 2nd in the market by Sales, EBITDA, and market share.

Output: Comprehensive learning strategy and 2 demo topics (video & eLearning) to use as templates for internal team to build upon.

Design and build a certification program for advertisers and media buyers.

Output: Custom Learning Management System (LearnDash) with functionality to accept payments and discount codes. Bilingual courses with text, video, and interactive content. Learners earned a certificate and ‘badge’ that can be displayed on their LinkedIn profile.

Develop a pilot program for global food production company.

This project was to support a renewed focus on manufacturing efficiency through early detection of potential safety or maintenance issues.
